The service
Plonom provides software for building and running AI voice and message agents, lead follow-up and analytics, used from a web dashboard. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for the team members you invite.
Free trial
A new workspace starts on a free trial without a card: you can build agents and test them in the browser with a one-time test credit. Connecting a phone number or WhatsApp, making real calls and topping up credit need a paid plan.
Plans and payment
Plans are billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly (yearly is 10 months' price): Starter ($149 per month or $1,490 per year, including 400 voice minutes and 1,000 AI replies each month), Growth ($349 per month or $3,490 per year, including 1,000 voice minutes and 5,000 AI replies each month), Scale ($799 per month or $7,990 per year, including 2,500 voice minutes and 15,000 AI replies each month) and Enterprise, priced by agreement. On the Enterprise plan we can set everything up for you for a one-time setup fee of $299, which is not refundable. Subscribers to earlier plans keep their terms until they change plan. Usage beyond what is included is paid from a prepaid balance, topped up by card from $15, at the rates on our pricing page (per second of calls, per AI reply). If the balance stays below zero for 20 days, the workspace's phone numbers and knowledge bases are removed, after an email warning 5 days before. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which sells the subscription and credit and issues the receipts. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; the change applies from the next billing period.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. It stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. Included usage does not carry over to the next month.
Business responsibility
Each business is responsible for the instructions and knowledge it gives its agents, for having the right to contact the people it calls or messages, for informing them that they are speaking with an AI agent where required, and for the phone numbers and WhatsApp accounts it connects.
Acceptable use
You may not use Plonom for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or unsolicited mass calling or messaging, to impersonate real people, to collect payment card data in conversations, to create or send sexually explicit or adult content (see Prohibited content below), or to break telecom rules such as calling hours and do-not-call lists. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules.
Prohibited content: no sexual or adult content
Sexually explicit, pornographic and other adult content is strictly prohibited on Plonom. You may not build, instruct or use any voice or message agent to produce, request, describe or send sexual content, to hold sexual or erotic conversations or role-play, or to promote or sell adult, escort or sexual services. Content that sexualises minors is prohibited without exception and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Every agent has filters for sexual content and child safety switched on, and they cannot be turned off. A workspace that breaks this rule is suspended immediately and may be closed.
Availability and liability
We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee that it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can delete your workspace at any time. We may close accounts that are unpaid or break these terms, with notice where possible.
