Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and have not used its included usage, we refund that payment in full. A yearly plan cancelled later stays active until the end of the paid year.

Setup fee

The one-time setup fee of the Custom plan pays for the work of setting up your agents and is not refundable.

Prepaid credit

Unused credit from a top-up can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credit that has been used for calls or AI replies, free trial credit and included plan usage are not refundable.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice or by mistake, we refund the full amount.

How to ask

Write to support@plonom.com with your workspace name and the receipt from Creem, our payment partner. Approved refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
