Who we are

Plonom (plonom.com) is a software service that lets businesses run AI voice and message agents. For the data in a business's workspace, the business decides what is collected and why; Plonom processes it on the business's behalf. For account, billing and website data, Plonom decides how it is used. Contact: support@plonom.com.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, password stored as a salted hash, team roles); workspace settings; details you send through the demo form (name, company, email, phone, message); and the conversations agents hold for a business: call recordings, transcripts, chat messages, lead details shared in them, and contacts the business imports or receives from its lead sources (web forms, ads, portal emails). Payment card details are handled by our payment partner and never reach our servers.

Why we use it

To provide the service: answering calls and messages, saving contacts and follow-ups for the business, analytics, sending service emails (sign-in, billing, reports), preventing abuse, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use a business's conversations to train AI models.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to run the service, each only for its part and under its own data protection terms: cloud hosting in the European Union (Germany), voice and telephony infrastructure, AI model providers for replies, an email delivery service, encrypted-in-transit off-site backup storage, Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (WhatsApp messages, and lead forms when a business connects them) and Creem (payments, as merchant of record). A business may also connect its own tools, such as Cal.com, Zapier, Make or n8n. The current list of providers is available on request at support@plonom.com.

Where and how long

Data is stored on our servers and backups. Workspace data is kept as long as the business keeps its workspace or for the retention period the business sets; deleted contacts are removed from the workspace immediately and from backups as they rotate. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.

Security

Connections use HTTPS. The dashboard requires a password, supports two-step verification and records an audit log. Access is limited to the people a business invites.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies: to keep you signed in, to remember which workspace you opened, and briefly during company single sign-on. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data. If you spoke with a business that uses Plonom, contact that business first; you can also write to support@plonom.com and we will help or pass the request on.
